Position Description
Management team members help oversee the daily operation of a Continental Home Center location. Responsibilities may include:
- Leading, training, and supporting store employees
- Assisting customers with product selection, agreements, and account service
- Managing sales, deliveries, inventory, collections, and store performance
- Maintaining company standards for customer service and store appearance
- Reviewing daily reports and helping the store achieve performance goals
- Resolving customer concerns professionally and fairly
- Coordinating schedules, assignments, and employee development
- Working closely with regional leadership and other Continental locations

- Be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
- Have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Be willing to learn all areas of store operations
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Be available to work Saturdays and other scheduled hours
- Possess a valid driver's license and meet company driving requirements
- Previous retail, customer-service, sales, collections, or management experience is helpful

- Michigan chauffeur license or required endorsement
- Saturday availability required
- Ability to safely lift and move merchandise up to 75 pounds
