This employee referral program is designed to reward full-time employees at Continental Home Center whom refer eligible candidates for hire.  To be rewarded in this program, you will have had to referred a candidate that you feel possesses the skills required for a full-time position open in any Continental Home Center location.  Submission of this form does not constitute automatic compensation.  The home-office will review all submitted documents for merit and the reserves the right to deny any submission it deems outside the guidelines of the program.

Bonus reward:  After the candidate completes his/her first full 40-hour work week at Continental Home Center, the employee whom referred the new-hire will receive $100.00 in their next bonus check.

Bonus reward:  If said new-hire employee is still employed (full-time) at Continental Home Center after 180 days of his/her start date, an additional $100.00 in their next bonus check.
